Wayne is now pursuing a career in coffee roasting - the good old Kiwi DIY way!!!
The necessary components: a breadmaker (pulled apart and fitted with a specially-dented bowl), a convection oven lid, and some sieves!

Now, we leave them to "mature" for a couple of days before grinding and brewing - can't wait!!
